Upskill for SEMH
Focus: Curriculum
For: SENDCOs
Description:
How to upskill all of your adults to understand and support pupils with SEMH needs.
As a busy SENDCO it’s impossible for you to have all of the answers to tricky behaviour questions! In this engaging training session, Emma Shackleton will guide you through how to upskill and empower your whole staff team to become even more proactive in thinking about ‘the why’ behind pupil’s behaviours and how every adult can play their part in supporting students who are struggling with SEMH needs. We’ll share free resources to help you get started on your journey, to getting everyone on board and pulling in the same direction; meaning that you have more time to get on with the rest of your job!
