Staff Meeting: Trauma Awareness

Focus: Staff Meeting
For: Headteachers, School Leaders

Description:

Trauma Informed practice and awareness in schools to improve mental health and well-being for leaders, staff and pupils.

This session explores the impact of trauma on school leadership, staff and pupils and provides practical strategies to maintain resilience and wellbeing. We will cover how trauma affects decision-making, staff relationships, and school culture, and introduce evidence-based approaches to support your team.

Director’s Note:

Get your entire staff updated on the impact of trauma in one efficient session. This is an excellent first step in developing trauma-informed practice across your whole team. Sign up one person from your school, and they’ll take control of organising the training, whether in your school hall or a classroom. A practical, accessible way to build understanding and capacity across your entire staff team.
