Day 5: Preparing to Embed
The final day of this 5 day course will provide an opportunity for you to evaluate your progress so far.
What has your monitoring shown you about the effectiveness of implementation? Is there anything you need to change or revisit? Are you on track to achieve the long term outcomes set out in your plan?
You will leave the session with a clear understanding of how to approach the SUSTAIN stage of the implementation process.
