Day 3: Preparing for Delivery
The 3rd day of this 5 day course will enable you to review your completed Implementation Plan with a colleague. This will help you to prepare for the delivery of your plan. We will focus on how to engage and unite staff to bring them on board and the importance of monitoring and reviewing. We will also touch on the role of CPD in effective implementation. You will leave the session ready to prepare for the delivery of your plan.
Multiple Sessions:
This is a five session programme. All five sessions must be attended.
