Day 2: Implementation Planning
Day 2 of this 5 day course will provide an opportunity to review the gap task from Day 1.
This will enable you set out clear Success Criteria and Implementation activities. You will leave the session with a partially complete implementation plan and a clear understanding of the EEF Implementation principles. *Please bring along a copy of the EEF Implementation Guidance Report – Putting Evidence to Work.
