    Sharon Cufflin
    Entrust Education Technologies

    Sharon works as an education consultant for Entrust Education Technologies. Passionate about the use of technology to enhance learning Sharon initially qualified as a primary school teacher and spent 14 years teaching in a large inner city primary school in Birmingham. The school became very successful at using technology to support learning so Sharon had the opportunity to become involved in many projects both nationally and internationally.

    Sharon also taught the PGCE ICT programme at Birmingham City University from 2005-2010. Now working with schools across the West Midlands and other authorities, Sharon encourages them to use technology, helping them make best use of technology in school.

    Vikki Bott
    Entrust Education Technologies

    Vikki works as an education consultant for Entrust Education Technologies, previously a computing lead in a middle school for 6 years.

    Vikki is an expert at using technology to enhance teaching and learning and enjoys sharing her passion and enthusiasm for technology in the classroom. Vikki works with senior leaders and computing leads to provide a strategic approach to the implementation of technology. She works alongside teachers and learners to develop confidence, skills and knowledge for classroom application. In addition, Vikki has had the privilege of supporting a working party organised by the DfE to produce Teaching Online Safety in Schools guidance.

    Vikki has been a guest speaker at online safety events, including SEBDA and Warwickshire County Council.

Director’s Note:

Honestly, this is a no brainer. These providers are outstanding. Get your Computing lead booked on. Get the last hour covered, ensure your leader stays for the full session (eg someone is sorted to dismiss their class and start their crochet club) and see the impact.

Can’t sing the praises of Sharon and Vikki enough. This also support Heads/Principals in their 90 minute conversation “How are you supporting your middle leaders?”… well, here’s your answer. They’re part of a network of schools across England, led by highly trained providers ensuring they are having professional discussions with colleagues beyond the local area.
