He is currently the Senior Consultant with Enhancing Learning Ltd and is supporting schools across the U.K., Europe and Asia with school improvement, leadership development (Head Teachers, Senior Leaders and Middle Leaders), outstanding classroom practice, NQT professional development and Teaching Assistant development.

Focus: Leadership and Management
For: Current headteachers, senior leaders within a headship interim role, individuals that have been identified as future headteachers
- To improve school outcomes by increasing leadership capital at a senior level.
- To develop, establish and embed a professional learning programme and support group for Head Teachers with the Catholic Primary Partnership.
- Ensuring consistency in the quality of leadership and management and supporting succession planning.
- To increase professional awareness and understanding of organisational success and the sustainable leadership practices needed to lead a school in an ever-changing and complex world.
Session 3: A deep dive into our professional culture
