Better Governors is designed to support you as you develop in the role of a school governor. The programme will explore the role of Governors and how Governor Bodies can have the biggest impact on continual school improvement.

- Start by asking 5 key questions
- What does the evidence tell us and how do we know?
- Put first things first – Supporting decision-making and the identification of priorities.
- Keeping the focus on leadership for improvement.
