Lunchtime Support Training (Day 3 of 3)

Focus: Catholic Life
For: All staff who support pupils at lunchtimes

Description:

Engaging pupils in play.

Have you noticed that children’s behaviour can become more challenging when they are bored or there is ‘nothing to do’?

In this training session, we’ll explore the huge benefits of engaging children in positive play – what that means, and how to do it.

We’ll show you tried and tested techniques and give ideas on how anyone in your school can get children engaged in meaningful play and how that has a huge impact on reducing stress for everyone at Lunchtimes.

Multiple Sessions:

[1] Thu 6 November 2025
[2] Tue 3 February 2026
[3] Tue 28 April 2026

Please note: If you book one of these sessions, then we will automatically book you on the others. So you only need to submit one booking.

Director’s Note:

Great support for your wonderful lunchtime team.
