Jenny WatsonJenny Watson is a Science Education Consultant and a STEM LEarning course facilitator, PSQM Hub leader and Ogden Trust Regional Representative. For the past eight years, she has delivered hands-on science workshops at hundreds of Primary schools, as well as running regular teacher training and she has mentored over a hundred primary school Science leaders. Jenny is a doctor of Physics and loves sharing her knowledge and excitement for science with children and adults.

Description:
Linking Science and Maths: This session identifies how linking KS1 and KS2 mathematics and science can be used to progress both mathematical and science skills. We will discuss science activities that provide opportunities to effectively practice and assess children’s measurement and statistics skills in a purposeful and engaging context.
