Headteacher Briefing Meeting
An opportunity to network with other headteachers face to face and ensure that relationships are established and strengthened between Catholic school leaders.
This is the one thing Headteachers have been asking about all year. When can we have face to face briefings for Heads again? Some Heads really value the opportunity to get together, to check in on each other, to be a community. Other Heads are not bothered.
I would urge you to come. It’s a way to welcome and support new heads. It’s a chance to catch up with people you might not have seen in a while. It’s a chance for you to have some ‘head space’ away from school. It’s a chance for your deputy to feel trusted and valued as you leave them in charge. It’s fully recommended that you take the afternoon off site and reflect on what you’ve heard and give yourself time to THINK, away from the school building.
