Managing Challenging Parents

Focus: Catholic Life
For: Office staff, SENCO, DHT, AHT, NQT or the TA in the class that deals with ‘that parent’

Description:

Learn how to manage challenging parents calmly and safely.  Use our proven ‘firebreak’ method for handling parents who find it difficult to control their emotions.

Multiple Sessions:

This is a three day course. You can attend all, or some, of the sessions.

  • [1] Thu 16 September 2021
  • [2] Wed 23 March 2022
  • [3] Wed 4 May 2022

Director’s Note:

To get the most out of Emma’s excellent CPDF we recommend attendance at all three sessions. Feedback on Emma’s sessions in 2021 were outstanding. One HT asked me why I hadn’t got all HTs at this training as it was so good!
